IPIA 2025 Grand Event - Cool Running Software
We’re excited to announce that Cool Running Software will be attending the 108th Annual International Packaged Ice Association (IPIA) Convention, taking place November 10–14, 2025, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. This year’s Grand Event will bring together ice companies and suppliers from across the globe for a week of learning, innovation, and collaboration. Hosted alongside several regional associations, the convention remains the premier opportunity for packaged ice professionals to connect, share ideas, and discover new ways to strengthen and grow their businesses.

What to Expect at the 2025 IPIA Grand Event
The 2025 IPIA Grand Event brings together packaged ice manufacturers, suppliers, and regional associations from across the globe for a week of collaboration, innovation, and industry advancement in Nashville, Tennessee. As the largest trade show in the ice industry, this year’s convention will feature educational sessions, regulatory updates, and the latest developments in ice manufacturing and distribution technology.
There will also be an Exhibit Hall where companies like Cool Running Software will showcase their latest product developments.
The Exhibit Hall hours are as follows:
- Monday, November 10: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Tuesday, November 11: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday, November 12: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

- Receiving Hours – Add customer-specific delivery windows directly in CRS and automatically factor them into Route Optimization. Smarter routing means fewer wasted trips, more accurate schedules, and happier customers.
