Cool Running Manager has the ability to drop off and pick up ice chests. After the handheld syncs with Cool Running Manager, the ice chests on location are automatically updated.

These screens illustrate how an Ice Chest is picked up.

	If a driver is to pick up an ice chest for a customer, the first thing they must do is choose the customer.
	Customer information screen.
	From the items screen, the driver chooses "Merchandiser Return" and then clicks "Add".
	After choosing "Merchandiser Return" from the items screen, Cool Running Driver displays all the ice chests on location. They can now choose which ice chest(s) need to be picked up and then click "Done".
	The driver will be returned to the Items Screen. They can either enter more items for delivery or choose "Done".
	The driver will be returned to the Items Screen. They can either enter more items for delivery or choose "Done".
	Preview Print Screen. No items were delivered. Only an ice chest was picked up so there will be no money collected.
	The customer can sign off that the box was returned if needed. Olmsted Ice does not bother with a receipt for pick up of equipment.
	The Final Print Screen. Driver can print a receipt for "Return to Customer List".
